The Grove Agency was founded by Felicity McGrath and Tahnee Jones – two friends and long-time colleagues who have spent 30 years working together in early childhood management. Along the way they shared some defining moments, including opening a Early Learning Centre in Richmond in the middle of the pandemic. It thrived, and it taught them how completely thoughtful, dedicated care matters to a family.

Tahnee and Felicity are both mothers of three. They have worked through the early years with young children at home, so they know first-hand how it feels to balance a career with a growing family and how quietly overwhelming it can be to find care you truly trust.

Melbourne’s in-home care market is active and high-value, yet largely unvetted. Most agencies act only as introduction services. That gap is precisely where The Grove Agency was built.
